Realme, a Chinese smartphone maker, is slated to debut another another smartphone in April, with the Realme Q5 Pro releasing on April 20. The business has already teased the handset on Weibo and released some of the smartphone’s design characteristics on the microblogging platform.
The next Realme Q5 Pro’s specifications have been leaked on different certification websites. Geekbench has recently listed a Realme handset model number RMX3372, which is anticipated to be the Realme Pro. The item with the same model number has also been certified by 3C. The Realme Q5 Pro scored 1,003 points in single-core testing and 3,153 points in multi-core testing on the Geekbench website. The firm has officially released a teaser for the smartphone, stating that it would be released on April 20 at 2 p.m. local time, which converts to 11:30 a.m. IST. According to the teaser poster, the Realme Q5 Pro will sport a triple camera arrangement on the rear panel, as well as an LED flash.
The smartphone is shown in a yellow color option. Aside from the brand’s official information, the above-mentioned Geekbench listing indicates that the smartphone will include the Android 12 operating system and 8GB of RAM. The Realme Q5 Pro will reportedly be powered by Qualcomm’s octa-core processor codenamed ‘Kona.’ The Snapdragon 870 CPU is connected with this codename. According to the listing, the octa-core chipset would include a 3.19GHz primary CPU, three cores restricted at 2.42GHz, and four cores capped at 1.80GHz.
According to earlier reports, the Realme Q5 Pro would have a 6.62-inch full-HD+ (1,0802,400 pixels) OLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. The smartphone will most likely be powered by a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging capabilities. Realme Q5 Series will be released as a follow-up to the brand’s Q3 series, which debuted in April of last year.
