This happened after rumours that the Redmi K60 series would debut in January of next year. The Redmi K60, Redmi K60 Pro, and Redmi K60E are anticipated to be part of the forthcoming series.

The most recent disclosure confirms a previous launch timeline of January, just before Chinese New Year. According to earlier reports, Redmi changed the release date for January due to delays in the Xiaomi 13 series announcement.
What to anticipate from the Redmi K60 series has been clarified by earlier disclosures about the phones’ specifications. The Redmi K60, K60 Pro, and K60E are anticipated to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1, and an undisclosed MediaTek SoC, respectively, according to MIUI Polska writer Kacper Skrzypek. According to reports, the stock Redmi K60 has a 6.67-inch Quad HD+ display with a 120Hz refresh rate. A triple rear camera array featuring a 64-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8-megapixel ultrawide sensor, and a 2-megapixel macro lens is also expected on the K60.
